FAST Winter Season Registration
Registration for the FAST Winter Season will be held at Roy Rogers on Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick on August 17th and August 25th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Mention FAST when ordering food and FAST will receive part of the proceeds. All swimmers (current and new) must have forms completed and submitted to Renee Walchuck prior to the start of the 1st practice. There will be a $25.00 late fee assessed for those swimmers that are in the pool without having all necessary paperwork submitted. FAST Winter Season Registration

All swimmers (current and new) must have forms completed and submitted to Renee Walchuck prior to the start of the 1st practice. There will be a $25.00 late fee assessed for those swimmers that are in the pool without having all necessary paperwork submitted. If you are unable to make one of the registration dates please contact Renee at registration@frederickareaswimteam.org to make other arrangements. Please do not give registration forms to coaches or other parents; all forms should be turned into Renee Walchuck.
*New swimmers need to bring a copy of the birth certificate to registration.
**Fees for the 2010-11 swim season will be posted soon.
Practice starts :
Tuesday, September 7th – ages 13-18 yrs old
Tuesday, September 14th – ages 9 -12 yrs old
Tuesday, September 14th – ages 8 and under
Tuesday, September 14th – Pre-competitive
All Star Meet Entries
Attached is the list of All Star qualifiers. The All Star Meet (SATURDAY AT WAYNESBORO YMCA) is a scored meet. We need everyone to swim to win the meet. Please make every effort to attend. It will be the last meet for our FAST graduated senior swimmers and I know they want to go out undefeated.

ASC/RAC Long Course Meet Entries Due
Entries for the ASC/RAC Long Course meet July 9-11 are due to fastcoach@aol.com by Saturday June 26. This meet is an optional USS long course meet ( 50 meter pool) held at UMBC. This meet is for swimmers with BB and faster times. The meet notice can be viewed at the link below:
2010 International Age Group Invitational
SPEEDO International Age Group Invitational held – Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex on June 24-27, 2010
Parents and swimmers please consider this summer long course meet and email fastcoach@aol.com if interested in attending. College students who are registered USS swimmers may also attend. If there is enough interest, we will have a meeting in April to discuss transportation and lodging.
