Big Sweep Update

To Big Sweep Participants:

Thank you so much for signing up to participate in The Big Sweep Fundraising
Event.

A few important reminders:

1.  All check donations should be made out to “The Big Sweep”

2.  All donations, including your initial $35.00 commitment for a t-shirt, are due to your team captain by Friday, April 18.  If you do not know who your team captain is, please e-mail me and I will give you their contact information.

3.  There are two options to drop off your donations directly to me.  You can bring them to me (Wanda Meinschein) on Friday, April 17 at Frederick High School between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. when I am there with my daughter who helps with Special Olympics Swimming or you can bring it to the parking lot of Trinity School of Frederick (located next to the Keys Stadium at the corner of New Design and Stadium Drive) on Monday, April 20 between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.

4.  There is a Kick-off breakfast on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. at Martins of Walkersville.  Martins of Walkersville is the catering company that works out of the Walkersville Volunteer Fire Co. Building on Frederick St. in Walkersville. Awards will be presented to the top three fundraisers (i.e. all the FAST teams combined if we make it) and supplies can be picked up for cleaning that day.
