The Frederick County Health department closed the MHS pool a few minutes ago due to drain cover issues, so there will be no practice tonight.
SUPER CASH BINGO NEWS

We need, still need volunteers for the June 7th Super Cash Bingo. We need people that can cook on Saturday evening, work the concession stand or sell tips on Sunday. Please contact Wade Atkins at 301-639-8177 or by email at xjwa@aol.com to sign up for a slot. For this Bingo the tips will be sold in two shifts if we can get enough volunteers to cover two shifts. Wade will also be on deck for some practice sessions to sign up volunteers as well. You may also contact Caroline Hendy or Anne MacDonald to volunteer as well.
Volunteers needed for Special Olympics Swim meet

The Special Olympics Swim meet which FAST helps run is Saturday, May 16 9:00 am-4:00pm at Middletown High School. We still need volunteers to time, score, write ribbons, runners, and someone to run the clerk of course. Swimmers and parents do not have to volunteer the entire day. Any amount of time volunteered would be appreciated. This is an excellent opportunity for swimmers to obtain community service hours, to spend time with their team mates, and to have fun.
