If you can bake a homemade goodie for the Sunday July 5th Super Cash Bingo it would be a tremendous help. The players love the goodies that FAST families provide. If you can provide a goodie, it can be dropped off at St. Thomas More Academy on Friday July 3rd after 5 PM, at St. John’s Prospect Hall (at Butterfly Lane) on Saturday July 4th after 5 PM or at St. Thomas More on Sunday July 5th after 11 am. THANK YOU in advance from the FAST Bingo Committee and please remember that all proceeds from the concessions stand at Super Cash Bingo goes directly into the POOL FUND account!
We are still looking for 1 more volunteer to work the concession stand and 3 more people to sell tips on the floor. Please contact Wade Atkins at 301-639-8177 if you can volunteer a few hours to raising POOL FUNDS
FHS pool is open!

Put away the bug spray and running shoes (no dry lands at Baker Park) and grab your suit and goggles! The FHS pool is open. So for anyone available, practice tonight:
13-18 5:30-7:00
9-12 7:00-8:00
8 and under 7:00-8:00
These hours are only for tonight. Schedule for next week will be sent out in the Sunday update.
Pool status and practice update

Still no action from the state level to allow the Frederick Health Dept. to reopen the pools today.
For swimmers ages 12-18 tomorrow evening at 6:30 we will a hold dry land clinic at Baker Park. Please bring running shoes, and a towel or mat for abs. Friday ages 12-18 will have dry lands/dstretch cords from 5:30-6:30 at Baker park. Swimmers ages 9-11 are welcome to attend from 5:30-6:15 on Friday. Of course if the pools reopen tomorrow, we will hold practice.
Please meet at the picnic tables which are to the left of the pool as you face the pool.
Remember that the NBAC long course meet entries are due tonight by 9.
